What does a DGR do daily?

Prospect Decision-Makers

Identify key prospects that hold buying-power in our client’s targeted accounts. Our database has all the tools you need to reveal a company’s hierarchy.

Set Appointments

Pitch the latest technologies to decision-makers and accurately voice our client’s value-proposition. We are an extension of our client’s Inside Sales Team. The goal is to get our clients in front of decision-makers.

Write Client-Facing Meeting Notes

Uncover details about the prospect’s environment and accurately create meeting notes that are sent to the client prior to the meeting. Prepare the client with as many details for the meeting as possible.

Confirm Appointments

Verbally confirm the appointment with the prospect to increase the chances of the meeting occurring and mitigate cancelations.

Reschedule Appointments

In the event of the appointment not occurring, reach out to the prospect to secure a new meeting date/time.

Manage Sales Rep Relationships

Coordinate weekly summary meetings with the client you are assigned. The purpose is to discuss campaign details and develop a strong strategic relationship.

Is there room to grow?

Do I have to be an expert in enterprise technology?

Absolutely NOT! We have a rigorous training process to make sure you are always prepared on the phones. After your first 90 days, you will have extensive knowledge of the different enterprise-grade technologies our clients provide. 

How much experience do I need?

Although we encourage applicants with at least 1 year of inside sales experience, it is not a pre-requisite. In fact, if you are willing to challenge yourself daily – then Site Ascend is your new home. 

Is this a full-time position?

Yes, we are looking for candidates that can commit to a work schedule of 8 hours a day ~ 5 days a week.

What are the benefits offerred?

How much does the top individual in my role make a year?

Top individuals in the DGR role make north of $100k each calendar year. There is no compensation cap on the role. With each milestone, there is a raise in either your salary, commission, or monthly bonus. You heard it right – DGR’s earn a salary, commission, and monthly bonus.
